Terms of Use

These Terms govern your use of Chorus, a free macOS app published by NYRAI LLC. By installing or using Chorus you agree to them.

Chorus is free and drives your own logged-in AI accounts. You're responsible for using it in line with each AI provider's own terms.

License

Chorus is provided free of charge. NYRAI LLC grants you a personal, non-exclusive license to use the app on your own Mac. There is no purchase, subscription, or license key.

Acceptable use

Chorus operates the AI accounts you are already logged into. You are responsible for complying with the terms of service of each AI provider (OpenAI, Anthropic, Google, Perplexity, xAI) when you use their services through Chorus. Use Chorus only with accounts you own or are authorized to use.

Third-party services

Chorus is an independent product and is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or sponsored by OpenAI, Anthropic, Google, Perplexity, or xAI. Those providers may change their websites at any time, which can temporarily affect Chorus; we aim to fix such breakages promptly but cannot guarantee uninterrupted operation.

No warranty

Chorus is provided "as is," without warranty of any kind. AI outputs may be inaccurate or inconsistent; you are responsible for how you use them. To the maximum extent permitted by law, NYRAI LLC is not liable for any indirect or consequential damages arising from your use of the app or of the third-party AI services it drives.
